They have been amazing with my cats. Everyone is so friendly and caring. When I had to put my one cat to sleep due to cancer, they went above and beyond with me and helped me with everything. Best vets ever!! So loving and compassionate. I'm glad they were recommended to me when I moved here.
The only reason my cat hates having her claw trimmed is that she once had an ingrown claw, caused by this office's vet tech failing to trim one of her claws, back before I knew I had to double check their work and not just take them at their word on it.
I took her to another vet where they charge half as much for trims and while they said that my cat growled a little she wasn't bad at all.
Specifically the last time I went there I paid them to trim my cat's claws. Apparently my cat got unruly so they trimmed only half of them, then let me go home without saying anything. When I called about it they said I'd have to give the cat a sedative if I wanted them to trim her claws ever again. I'd been going there for three years without any trouble before that. They've had a lot of turnover at vet technician position though.
While I like the vet, the vet techs have let me down several times.
Terrible vet. The doctor is subpar and the rest are rude. Have had so many problems with this vet so glad I switched.
over all I had a bad experience! The vet was rude and sarcastic. She proceeded to walk away from me when I asked her a question. She needs to work on her people skills if she is going to deal with clients or get new one.
Staff is always changing. Promises are made to employees and are never carried out. Doctor is a fantastic surgeon but terrible business owner/manager.
