HEARTLESS BASTARDS!!! I've been going here for over a year seeing therapists, getting my meds from Dr. Radfar, etc. when my case worker screwed up my benefits as he does yearly, I was discharged and had to do the intake again which I did and had to see Dr. Radfar again. All my meds were refilled except Straterra and taking my meds is extremely important to me as I have borderline personality-bi polar disorder and can spiral down without meds. I ran out on the 4th and my appointment with Radfar is not until the 24th and they refuse to give me samples or allow the doctor to see me until then or refill my meds. I asked my family doctor but they said it was a psych med and chartiers should help me and to call the supervisor and I did and Stacy Mitchell refused to help me after I begged for her help. No one would help me to get me meds after my pleading for their help nor would they give me alternatives or ideas on what to do they just gave me a your just "SOL" attitude! When the ones that are supposed to help you are blocking you from doing the next right thing, it's time to realize that they are NOT helping you!!!!

DR.RADFAR I had a subpar experience at this clinic. I was seen by Dr. Radfar. Dr. Radfar did not listen to my concerns at all and told me the side effects I was experiencing "are all in my head". Traditional doctors take you at your word when you tell them you are experiencing side effects, Dr. Radfar not so much. She was also extremely disrespectful and ignorant. Another issue I had with this clinic is the inability to reach your doctor if you are experiencing a problem with your current med. It is impossible to get an earlier appointment with your doc to discuss side effects. Your two choices are 1. Break compliance and look like a bad patient to the doctor or 2. Continue to take the medication at the detriment to your health. Really this lack of communication is a lawsuit waiting to happen in my eyes. I tried many, many, many times to get through to my doctor to change my medicine and was not taken seriously at all. What if I had a more serious side effect? Treating mentally ill patients in this way reeks of discrimination, and when I sat in that chair with Dr. Radfar, I felt discriminated against. I hope Radfar learns to do right by the human beings she is meant to be taking care of.

They need to answer the phone A LOT more & actually return messages.

Very unprofessional phone e service..
